Q 400Gb HDD with Windows 98/ME
Since doing a clean install of Win98, I can not install ANY software from my SCSI CD-ROM. Install starts, and then about half-way through my system just freezes. I can read and copy files from the CD-roms with no problems. I can't find any problems with Device Manager, and aside from this, the system is fine.
